It’s that time again! Club X is happy to invite candidates to put their names in the hat and join the Board of Directors for a 2 year term beginning in March 2023. There are 4 vacancies and we invite you to bring your love of the Club and the Lifestyle to support our community.

Personal Letter of Intent (PLoI)
Letter of intent should include 1-2 sentences about you, the candidate, and 2-3 sentences on how you feel you can benefit the club.
The intent letter submitted to the board will be shared with the membership.
Candidate Questionnaire
Each person submitting a PLoI will be asked to also fill out the following questionnaire featuring questions the Board has deemed reflective of our functions as directors. Club X 2023 BOD Candidate Questions

Two Sponsorship Letters
Sponsors must be members in good standing with a membership greater than 3 months as of January 1, 2023. A member in good standing may not have a currently suspended membership, and must have an active membership as of January 1, 2023.
Sponsor letters should include 2-3 sentences about the candidate, and include the sponsor’s Membership ID number.
Each candidate may only be sponsored by up to one current board member.
Candidates cannot sponsor other candidates.
Letters must be sent separately. Please include the scene name of the endorsed in the subject line.
A sponsor may only endorse one (1) candidate.
Sponsorship letters will be shared with the membership.
In order to be added to the ballot, letters of intent and all concurrent documents must be received no later than 11:59pm on February 12th, 2023 at Info@ClubXSD.org. Candidate Letters of Intent and all other necessary documents will be made available to the membership on Monday, February 13th and voting will begin after the yearly Town Hall on February 16th. All candidates should attend the Town Hall, though it is not mandatory; we also encourage sponsors to make an appearance.
Voting will continue until 11:59pm on Saturday, February 25th and the newly elected Board Members will be notified no later than Monday, February 27th. At the March 2nd Board Meeting, outgoing board members and incoming board members are expected to attend, and the new board will be coming on immediately after the meeting. New list of board positions will be announced to the membership no later than Monday, March 6th 2022, as well as on our website and Fetlife.
