1. I am an adult 18 years old or older and not a member of any law enforcement agency.
• I understand that this event is sexually explicit and focuses on domination and submission, bondage and discipline, sadism and masochism, and other extreme sexual fetishes.
• I understand that I may see nude or semi- nude adults engaging in live acts of the nature de- scribed above including, but not limited to, spanking, paddling, whipping, waxing, piercing, fire play, knife or edge or blood play, bondage, suspension, humiliation, mummification, infantilism, fisting, and other oral, vaginal and anal penetration.

Also, I can notify an event staff member who will assist me at any time.
• If, while attending this event or participating in any activity at this event, I am touched, hit, penetrated, spanked, paddled, whipped, waxed, pierced, burned, cut, bound, suspended, etc., it is because I have specifically requested and freely and voluntarily consented to these acts being performed on me and because I have specifically requested and freely and voluntarily consented to the manner and intensity with which these acts are performed on me.
• I affirm that my feelings are not and will not be hurt by any conduct, contact or activity that I agree to perform or which I allow to be performed on me. I recognize and accept and agree that any and all such acts are not done in a truly insolent, rude or angry manner. Rather they are performed only in the context of acting out a role or part in a fantasy, and they are intended and are done for entertainment purposes, or as a sport or hobby.
• I believe and proclaim that these activities are a time-honored form of performance art and are vignettes or stories or fantasies that have serious artistic and literary value. Also, these activities have recognized psychological and therapeutic value for the viewers and participants and provide a safe and healthy form of release or escape and reduce stress.
• My attendance and participation in these events and activities is an important political statement. They are an open expression of my belief that sexual freedom is an important individual right and that we must eliminate prejudice about personal choices in life. These events serve to educate and inform about these ideas, activities, and lifestyles.
• Finally, I understand that admission to this event is strictly limited to adults like me who share these opinions, interests and beliefs.
